Hurley is making waves, not just riding them. This years Hurley Pro will be broadcast in high definition (HD) online and on FuelTV. Also they will host an 'Expression Session' powered by Facebook. In an interview with Surfersvillage, Hurley Pro event director, Pat O'Connell, is quoted saying, "In the early rounds of the event, we will be holding an expression session with the world’s best surfers. At the end of the heat, the online audience votes for the winner on our facebook page at facebook.com/hurley.” If this turns out to be anything like Hurley's US Open, we're all in for a treat.
