On October 12, 2009, fifteen-year-old Michael Brewer was attacked and doused with a flammable liquid all over his body. One of the accused attackers took a lighter and deliberately ignited it to set Michael on fire.
Michael sustained severe burns to much more than half his entire body. Michael is currently at Jackson Memorial Burn Center, where he is expected to stay for at least the next six months as he undergoes numerous painstaking surgeries and skin grafts.

THE BILLABONG CLOUD 9 INVITATIONAL was put on hold in the Philippines with diminishing conditions on offer for the unique, specialty tube riding event. After two days of big, flawless barrels, contest organisers opted to call a lay day with epic conditions expected to hit the region into this week.The vid here is in the raw.
